Emergency crews responded to a house fire at 110 Fox Street in Owego shortly after 5 p.m. Friday night. 

Responding fire agencies included the Owego Fire Department, Owego Fire District Ambulance, Owego EMS, and Campville Fire Department. 

A FOX 40 crewmember on scene around 6:20 p.m. said no flames could be seen, but smoke cause billowing from the top floor.
