Binghamton would be unable to cool down the Maine offense in the second half as the Black Bears would shoot 73% in the second half and would end the contest on a 17-7 run to take down Binghamton 82-71 to hand the Bearcats their first conference loss of the year.

Binghamton would hold a double-digit lead in the second half but were held to just eight second-half field goals and only make three shots i the final eight minutes.

Tymu Chenery would collect a team high of 20 points while also having seven rebounds, four assists and four blocks. Nehemiah Benson, Gavin Walsh and Evan Ashe would all each reach double figures in points with Benson and Walsh having 12 points a piece and Ashe with 11.

Binghamton would shoot 64% in the first half and led 40-32 at the break before surrendering the lead in the second half.

The Bearcats will continue their two game road trip to UNH as they take on the Wildcats in a Saturday afternoon matchup.
