One Critically Injured, Two Others Hurt in Flaming Shot Explosion at Courtside Bar and Grill
One person has been charged and another has been seriously injured after an incident at Courtside Bar and Grill Friday night.
On December 27, at around 10:45 pm, Binghamton police and fire responded to 56 Court Street for a subject on fire.
Upon arrival, officers found three people suffering from burns.
A 20-year-old female had sustained serious injuries from a beverage that is lit on fire before being served.
The beverage combusted causing a large spurt of fire.
She was rushed to a local hospital for treatment and then transferred to Upstate Medical in Syracuse.
28-year-old Camlyn Lyons has subsequently been charged with unlawful sale of an alcoholic beverage to a person under the age of 21.
