The Delaware County District Attorney says a Walton man has been sentenced to state prison after he pleaded guilty in October to a drug charge.

According to the D.A., Shaun A. Carman was sentenced to two years in prison and two years of post-release supervision after he pleaded guilty to the charge of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th degree with Intent to Sell.

Carman was one of four people who were arrested back in March following a traffic stop. A search of the vehicle turned up cocaine and suspected drug packaging that had the label "Hell Cat" on it, which were seized.

Carman was also facing unrelated charges in Walton that were resolved as part of the plea and sentence.
