Drugs, Counterfeit Money Seized After Investigation by Norwich Police

A Norwich man is facing charges after an investigation by Norwich Police and NYS Parole into the sale of narcotics, counterfeit currency and weapons.
According to the Norwich Police Department, during the investigation, quantities of cocaine, methamphetamine, and fentanyl, along with counterfeit U.S. currency, were found.
As a result, 28-year-old Aaron John Johnson was charged with the following:
- Possession of a Forged Instrument
- Possession of a Narcotic Drug with intent to sell
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with intent to sell
- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree
Johnson was held without bail, pending further court proceedings.
