Binghamton Picks Up Fourth Straight Win
The Binghamton men's basketball team defeated Lancaster Bible College, a NCAA Division III opponent, 85-60 Sunday afternoon at the Events Center.
Four Bearcats scored in double-figures led by Chris Walker's game-high 22 points. Ben Callahan-Gold chipped in 13 points off the bench while Tymu Chenery added 12 points and Evan Ashe scored 11.
Binghamton shot 70.8% from the field in the first half and finished the game at 63.3% overall. However, BU committed 18 turnovers and made just 12-of-23 free throws (52.2%).
Sunday's victory was the fourth straight for Binghamton as the Bearcats improve to 6-6 overall. BU is back in action Wednesday night when the Bearcats host Mercyhurst.
