The Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Binghamton hosted its annual Holiday Art and Gift Sale today.

The event featured over thirty-five vendors offering a variety of handmade items made by local artisans.

The holiday café was also open, serving homemade food and baked treats.

The sale will continue tomorrow from 12 PM to 4 PM.

"It is one of the things that helps us keep the lights on," said church member Lisa Sienkiewicz, "But it's also an opportunity for us to welcome the community into our space, for people to get to know us as a congregation and as a community. And it also gives us a really unique opportunity to highlight these local artisans."
