The Binghamton Trolley Tours returned for one last ride in 2024 for the city's December first Friday event on December 6th.

After a month-long break, the trolley tours went all throughout downtown Binghamton, pointing out significant landmarks and stopping at various locations.

Riders got to enjoy and celebrate tonight's first Friday with Santa, as the big guy hopped on the 6 pm trolley and explored the downtown arts district.

Education manager of Broome County Arts Council Connie Barnes says tonight's trolley tours added a little bit of fantasy to the night.

"It adds a little bit of spice to the to the holiday season when you can enjoy that trolley. It's it's it's fun and it's the county has really made a wonderful, wonderful project out of that," Barnes said. "We love having the trolley because it lends a little bit of fantasy to the whole event that we're trying to host here."
