A Hamden man has pleaded guilty to the charge of Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.

According to the Delaware County District Attorney, 49-year-old Keith Audette admitted that he was previously convicted of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated in Chenango County Court in October 2015 and that he drove a motor vehicle in the Village of Walton in April 2024 while under the influence of meth.

It is expected that Audette will be sentenced to five years of felony probation supervision and have his license revoked. He will also have to pay any fines and surcharges imposed by the court.
