An Endicott man is facing several charges after drugs, paraphernalia, and a gun were all found in an Endicott apartment.

According to the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force, a search warrant was executed at 1005 Pine Street, Apartment 2 in the Village on Wednesday.

The target of the search was 30-year-old Joshua Mazyck. He was home at the time of the search.

The following items were found during the search:

  • 227 blue M/30 Fentanyl pills (24.6 grams)
  • 1.4 grams of crack cocaine
  • Pregabalin pills, a Schedule V Controlled Substance
  • A loaded 9mm Ruger Max-9 pistol
  • Scale and cutting agent used to distribute narcotics
  • $160

Mazyck was charged with the following:

  • 3 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree
  • Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd degree
  • Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd degree
  • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree
  • 2 counts of Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd degree
