CCE goes Shakespeare for "Much Ado in the Garden"
The CCE welcomed locals into it's Cutler Botanic Gardens for the fifth annual "Much Ado in the Garden".
Guests were welcomed into a Medevial Fantasy as they walked through the gardens, enjoying Shakespeare-themed games, abridged performances of "The Tempest" and live Harp music among other activities.
Organizer and founder of the event, master gardener Eve Berman, spoke on how the event grew from an idea to a reality.
"We all have a lot of crazy ideas and most of them don't happen," Berman said. "But this one has just taken on a life of its own. There are so many incredible groups in the area that I really didn't know them that specialize in or that do renaissance things and the staff, as you see, everybody that we've worked with."
If you want to visit the gardens for yourself, they are open 24/7 all throughout the year.
