A Waverly man has officially been charged by police after he was extradited from Bradford County (PA) Jail back to Waverly.
In December, Timothy Henry was arrested in Sayre, PA and taken to the Bradford County Jail to await further legal action and extradition hearing.
Henry was extradited from Pennsylvania on Thursday and officially charged with the following:
- Assault in the 2nd degree
- Reckless Endangerment in the 2nd degree
- Endangering the Welfare of a Child
- Misdemeanor Reckless Endangerment in the 2nd degree
These charges stem from an incident in October 2023 in which an eight-month-old infant was treated for fentanyl.
The infant was able to recover from the overdose. Henry is the infant's father. He was arraigned and pled not guilty. Bail was set at $25,000 cash.
Henry was then taken to Tioga County Jail to await further legal action.
