The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force says two people were arrested and charged after a search warrant was executed in Johnson City on Tuesday.

According to the Special Investigations Unit Task Force, the warrant was executed at 44 Narwood Street and the execution of it concluded an investigation into the sale of narcotics.

The following items were found in the residence:

  • Approximately 4.3 grams of Fentanyl pills
  • 123 Oxycodone Pills
  • Drug paraphernalia items consisting of digital scales and packaging materials commonly used in the sale in distribution of controlled substances.
  • An illegally possessed and loaded Hi-Point 9mm handgun

Donald D. Galloway and Tyana M. Campbell were both arrested and charged after the warrant was executed.

Both were charged with the following:

  • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree
  • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 4th degree
  • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th degree
  • 2 counts of Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd degree

Additionally, Galloway was charged with the following:

  • Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd degree-Loaded Firearm
  • Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd degree-Prior Conviction

In addition to the above charges, Campbell was also charged with the following:

  • Criminal Possession of a Firearm
