The Otsego County Sheriff's Office announces several arrests in Otsego County.
Dezarae Yother, 41, of Morris, New York, was arrested after an investigation into a disabled vehicle on Highway 13 in Pittsfield.
According to the county sheriff, during the investigation, it was discovered Yother had forged and attempted to use a stolen check to pay for services in Morris, New York.
Yother faces charges in both Morris and Pittsfield.
He faces charges of forgery, Possession of a Forged Instrument in the 2nd degree and Possession of Stolen Property in Morris.
He faces charges of Inadequate Exhaust, Unsafe Tire, Improper Plates, Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Uninspected Motor Vehicle, and Operating without Insurance in Pittsfield.
According to the county sheriff, Brandon E. Garlock of Canastota was arrested after he was found operating a stolen U-Haul box truck.
He faces charges of Grand Larceny in the 3rd degree and Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree.
According to the sheriff's office, Kyle J. Packer was arrested after violating an order of protection.
Packer was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd degree.
