Maria Rodriquez has been with NFI for 3 months and went through the 8-week training program. Maria decided to make a career change and join the trucking industry back in 2021. She attended trucking school for 6 months and started with NFI right out of school. She is grateful for NFI giving her a chance at a new career and supporting her being a woman in trucking. Maria likes the flexibility NFI has to offer, allowing her to be home every day with her young son.
