Talisha Harry, 36, of Binghamton, was arrested for a misdemeanor Larceny charge at 80 Hawley St.
 
 
Jose Aponte, 34, of Binghamton, was arrested for multiple felony Weapons charges at 33 Harrison St.
 
Jayvon Phillip, 19, of Binghamton, was arrested for a felony Weapons charge, a felony Assault charge, a misdemeanor Obstruction of Governmental Admin charge and a misdemeanor Criminal Mischief charge at 38 Hawley St.
 
Edward Crandall, 57, of Binghamton, was arrested for a misdemeanor Criminal Mischief charge at S. Washington/ Vestal Ave.
