After nearly two years of construction and anticipation, Binghamton University's Baseball Team played their first contest at the brand new $60 million complex. In what served as both their home and America East Opener, the Bearcats fell to Maine 11-7. Designated Hitter Evin Sullivan tallied Binghamton's first hit at the facility, he went 2-5 with a run scored. Catcher Connor Aoki belted Binghamton's first home run at the complex, a 2-run shot in the sixth inning. Aoki went 2-5 with 4 RBI. The Bearcats and Black Bears are back it tomorrow with first pitch currently slated for 1pm.
