Black Bears High Scoring First Period Powers Win Over Prowlers
The Binghamton Black Bears notched 5 first period goals in their game against Port Huron Friday Night at the Visions Veterans Memorial Arena and didn't look back going on to win it 8-1. Nikita Ivashkin scored 3 goals and an assist, Kyle Stevens added 2 goals and an assist, Sam Holeczy notched a goal and 2 assists while Kyle Powell had 3 assists. Binghamton native Geno DeAngelo had an assist while goaltender Joseph Sheppard made 26 saves. The Black Bears are back in action tomorrow night against the Prowlers for a 7pm puck drop at the Visions Veterans Memorial Arena.
