“We made the decision back in March 2020 to transition our Alert User Group Summit to be 100% virtual” notes Alert Rental Co-President/COO Mary Crosslin. “We had no idea how long the health crisis was going to last, but we knew that we couldn’t in good conscious ask our clients to spend money traveling to Colorado Springs in 2020, no matter when the health crisis ended.”

Our attendance was up 200% from 2019, so our clients certainly see the value of gathering annually.
