Seniors at Maine-Endwell High School learned the secret to success. According to motivational speaker, Arel Moodie, it's "effort."

"The biggest things I want them to take from it is to be willing to do the things that most people won't, so they can have the things that most people don't and they do that through effort. Don't make your identity based on being smart, being talented, make your identity based on effort and then you'll succeed," says Moodie.

A graduate of Binghamton Unviersity, Moodie is an entrepreneur and best selling author. He travels the world giving motivational talks about how he got from the projects in Brooklyn to college and now president of his own company, the College Success Program.
