One Arrest, Second Suspect At Large in Tioga Armed Robbery

The Tioga County Sheriff Department is looking for 17-year-old Isaiah J. Ramirez of Barton (pictured below).
Ramirez is one of two Barton men accused of robbing a person at gunpoint at a Rt. 17C residence in the Town of Tioga on October 11.
Tioga County Sheriff officials say they received a call of an armed robbery in the early morning.
They say Tioga investigators learned a person was lured to the residence and robbed at gunpoint by Ramirez and a second man, 22-year-old Mason K. Runyon.
Later that day, authorities acted on a search warrant and entered the residence. That's when police say Ramirez and Runyon fled the scene.
Authorities found Runyon in a nearby wooded area. Ramirez remains at large. Ramirez is described as a white male, approximately 5’9” tall and 230 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
Sheriff officials say both men live at 2255 State Route 17c in Barton.
Officials don't believe it was an isolated incident. Anyone with information about other incidents or Ramirez's whereabouts should call the Tioga County Sheriff's Office at 687-1010.
Runyon is in Tioga County Jail on charges of first-degree robbery, grand larceny and criminal possession of a weapon.
