Watertown Man Arrested for Rape

Carl Burdick, 58, was arrested by State Police in Watertown on rape charges.
State Police conducted the investigation along with the FBI Child Exploitation Task Force.
He was found having sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old female at the Adirondack Efficiencies Hotel in Watertown between June 27, 2015 and June 30, 2015.
He is being charged with:
- Rape (3rd Degree)
- Endangering the Welfare of a Child
Burdick was arraigned in the City of Watertown Court and is being held in the Jefferson County Public Safety Building on $20,000 cash bail or $40,000 bond pending a Grand Jury decision.
