At around 8:40 Monday evening, Fox 40 received scanner reports of a home invasion on 38 Carroll Street in Binghamton.


A gun was reportedly used in the incident. Police were on the look out for two black males and one Hispanic male. Police did not offer information on the incident as it is still under investigation.


However, authorities were investigation this incident at the scene at around 9:15 Monday evening.
