The City of Binghamton has released the list of people who owe parking ticket fines.


In total over $740,000 in fines are due from over 15,400 tickets issue before January 1, 2015. Mayor Rich David announced an amnesty program last September during which people could pay 75 percent of what they owed.


The city collected more than $51,000 during the program, about double the normal montly rate. You can see if you owe Binghamton money
