In Deposit, the community gathered to address the drug epidemic on Thursday.


Community Drug Awareness Night attendees toured different classrooms at the Deposit Central Middle School/High School facility to discuss topics such as the signs and symptoms of heroin or how to build a preemptive network for your child. All of this is to educate area residents on the horrific heroin epidemic in our region. The hope is to contain or even eliminate it.


This drug awareness night was intended for parents of students of all ages. Yes, this disease of addiction can strike at all ages.
