State leaders report that several companies are interested in buying the Kraft-Heinz facility in Campbell, New York.


The state is said to be open to offering financial incentives to closing this deal. The facility was the focus of a closure scare last fall.


Both Governor Andrew Cuomo and US Senator Charles Schumer say that in the coming weeks, the selling process will begin its next phase. Over the next few months, Kraft-Heinz will review all their offers.
