Broome County Sheriffs arrested Courtni Rozelle, 31, in the Town of Dickinson, for possession Methamphetamine, Crack Cocaine, Heroin, and six hypodermic needles.
Patrols stopped Rozelle Saturday for having a cracked windshield and for driving without a seat belt on. Police say Rozelle gave a fake name and address while being interviewed in an attempt to hide her identity. She was on probation and had an impending warrant for her arrest.
