The Village of Endicott held their swearing in ceremony Friday. The ceremony was held in the rotunda of the Village of Endicott Municipal building.


Mayor John Bertoni, Trustee Eileen Konecny, Trustee Larry Cappola and Judge Theo Totolis all took their oaths Friday afternoon. County officials, friends and family members were present for the ceremony.


After the ceremony Bertoni briefly spoke about what is in store for 2016.


"Everybody is looking forward to a tough year.... we are gong to have to make some difficult decisions but certainly in the best interest of the citizens," said Mayor Bertoni


This will be Bertoni's third term serving as Mayor of the Village.
