Binghamton Senators Head Coach Luke Richardson said last month "you can't make the playoffs in November but you can miss out on them in November." After going 2-8 in the month, Richardson said that they needed a bunch of wins to get back into the mix for the postseason. "A bunch" is a subjective amount, but with only one win halfway through the month, I think they're short of "a bunch."

The B-Sens rallied too late with two goals late in the third of a 3-2 loss to Toronto on Wednesday but that rally is a bright spot on which to improve.

"I thought we showed some good resilience in the third to keep playing right to the final buzzer, but that's not enough like a team against that. So we're right back to the drawing board for [Friday] against Syracuse. We have two games before the Christmas break and we want to make sure we do as best we can. We're in desperate times now and in desperate times, you have to play desperate hockey."

The B-Sens play the Crunch Friday night in Syracuse at 7:00.
