A Binghamton woman has been arrested for allegedly stealing over $2000 from Maines Paper and Food Service. Inc.


On Monday, New York State Police arrested Rosalind L. Jolicoeur, 50, for grand larceny, a felony. An investigation led by Maine’s Director of Security determined Jolicouer, an employee, had stolen $2443.46 in cash from the Conklin business on October 20, 2015. Troopers were then called in to make the arrest.


Jolicoeur was arraigned in the Town of Conklin court and remanded to the Broome County jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 property bond.
