Binghamton University's Greek life hosted a male beauty pageant featuring "Greek Gods" all for a good cause.

The Alpha Epsilon Phi sorority hosted the 30th annual Greek God competition in BU's events center. More than 1500 attended to cheer on those competing.

After being carried in on a float, participants showed off their dance moves on stage. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric Aids Foundation and Sharsheret, a non-profit Jewish organization that supports breast cancer survivors.

"We all come, and we support each other, and really come together because we know how important this event is. It's 30 years. We don't want to let anyone down. We don't want to let down the charities. Helping people is our primary focus," said Co-Chair of Greek God Event Rachel Fisher.

Organizers say the event raised more than $20,000 last year and they hope to exceed that amount this year.
