More Charges for NYS Corrections Officer Involved in Norwich Shooting
The New York State Corrections Officer charged with attempted murder in connection to Sunday's shooting in Norwich is now facing more charges.
33 year old Wayne Spratley of Greene was in court Thursday morning and pleaded not guilty to three felony charges, including attempted murder, assault and criminal use of a firearm. Spratley is accused of shooting a male in the abdomen after an argument in a parking lot on Lackawanna avenue in Norwich on Sunday morning. He's currently out of jail on a 100 thousand dollar bail bond.
