Two teenage entrepreneurs are testing the waters of the Endicott Business District with their own store. The new retail outlet, N.V. Outer Limits gets its name from its teenage co-owners, 14-year-old Violett Robertson and 17-year-old Natalie Robertson. The store sells cell phones, as well as accessories, all of which are stocked by the two young owners.

"Its a lot cheaper than regular cell phone stores, and we have some pretty nice stuff in there," said Natalie Robertson.

The store also provides insurance through the HR Staley Agency, develops apps for local businesses, and repairs cell phones, tablets, and computers.
