After the race, participants had the chance to take a breather!

"The Cool Down" hosted by HUE invited those who came out for the race to take some time to relax and unwind. Runners were invited to continue the celebration with 12 participating restaurants including Thai Time, Social on State and Little Venice on "the cool trail" in downtown Binghamton.

These restaurants provided runners and the community food and drink specials along with some music and entertainment.

"After a race you want a cold beer or you want to hang out with your friends, whatever it is, and we're providing the environment while introducing all the great stuff that's happening downtown," said creative director and owner of Hue and co-organizer of "The Cool Down" Camila Hoffman.

This was the city's third time hosting The Cool Down and organizers say it seems to be major hit.
