Chenango Forks Eelementary needs your help to win a $30,000 dollar technology grant.

The school submitted a video to Follett School Solutions. It gives an overview of its technology program and how it positively impacts students in the district. The number of votes the video receives along with the opinions of a panel of judges will determine whether or not the school will receive the grant. The Chenango Forks video is of middle-schoolers reading stories that elementary students can watch online at any time.

"It's kind of a modern twist on the read aloud. A 21st century way of sharing stories that we love with the youngest members of our community. That way my students get to hear read alouds," said Chenango Forks Elementary Librarian, Patricia Sweeney.

An $8,000 prize will also be awarded to the video with the most views. You can vote once a day until voting closes on January 30th.
