Sherburne Woman Accused of Selling Meth, Fentanyl Out of Residence

A Town of Sherburne woman is arrested and charged after an investigation into drug activity by the detectives division of the Chenango County Sheriff's Office.

According to the office, the investigation determined that Lori S. Devine was selling meth and fentanyl out of her residence. A search warrant was executed at her residence and meth and fentanyl were both found in the residence.

While the warrant was being served, Devine attempted to dispose of physical evidence, according to the office. Devine is charged with the following:
