Binghamton Man Arrested in Shots-Fired Incident

A Binghamton man is charged in a shots-fired incident in the city.
Police say 20-year-old Ryan Rafferty was responsible for shots fired near 35 Saratoga Avenue on the southside of Binghamton Monday night just after 11 o'clock. Rafferty is charged with reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon.
Police say the handgun used still has not been recovered. Rafferty is in the Broome County Jail. The investigation is continuing. anyone with information is asked to call Binghamton Detectives at 772-7080.
