Police have arrested 27-year-old female Alease M. Downey of Binghmaton in connection with a stabbing that occurred near a house located at 9 Titchener Place in the City of Binghamton.


Officials say that the stabbing was the result of a domestic dispute and that the victim walked almost a block to the house, trailing blood from the scene of the stabbing on Clinton Street.
