Binghamton police arrested three others after they say a traffic stop yielded a gun and drugs. 26-year-old Nathanael Manwaring of Lisle, 29-year-old Devin Engle of Whitney Point, and 25-year-old Brittany Lidell of Binghamton face drugs and weapons charges. Police say a traffic stop Thursday night at six on Broad Avenue led to the discovery of a .22-caliber Ruger handgun, heroin, meth, and pills. The three suspects are in Broome County jail.
