A Johnson City man is under arrest after police say he had sexual contact with a 12-year-old girl multiple times.


54-year-old Joseph Fedorchak is charged with sexual abuse and course of sexual conduct, both felonies. Police say he had sexual contact with the victim on more than one occasion over a period of time. Fedorchak is in Broome County Jail without bail.
